We, by which I mean \u201cAmericans\u201d, needed to make a clear declaration. We either needed to repudiate the Bush Administration\u2019s record, or we needed to endorse it. We failed to do either. In a country of 300 million people we\u2019re now talking about 2000 votes here and 16000 votes here. If you were to imagine Las Vegas (NM) determining the future of the United States, you\u2019d have the right idea.<\/p>\n
